Sometimes when you’re on the road, taking a hike, or maybe just exploring a bit, you come across something unexpected and wonderful. That WAYWARD encounter makes the moment more special. Canby, Oregon is like that. Nestled West of the foothills, close to Portland, but not too close, Canby has a vibrant economy, a close-knit community, a growing business district and another surprise… WAYWARD Sandwiches.

WAYWARD Sandwiches is working with local producers, farmers, and vintners to provide the residents and guests of Canby with locally sourced, house built, artisan foods and beverages. Sustenance on a whole new level for the Canby area.

The WAYWARD menu will feature hot options, such as the Signature Burger made from grass-fed and grass-finished ground beef, with pickles cured right on-site. How about the WAYWARD Torta? Check it out – featuring a zesty habanero sauce, chile glazed pork, with our special coleslaw made from fresh cabbage right in the WAYWARD kitchen.

Cold options will feature sandwiches made to order with fresh baked breads, house cured meats, and cheeses and builds that will make every meal special. All that served up with our house made chips and fries, fresh sauces, and with our wide variety of beers, wines and sodas, for eat-in or take-out!

We’re something familiar and unusual, both at the same time, a bit off the beaten path.
